Eligibility Criteria: Education, Age, and Experience

• Option 1: Full-time B.Sc. (Chemistry) with Physics as a subject, plus a National Council of      Vocational
• Training(NCVT) certificate in the Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant), i.e, AO(CP) trade.
• Option 2: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology plus 1 year of BOAT
• apprenticeship training.
• Option 3: 4-year Sandwich Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology.
•  Age Limit: 35 years for SC/ST, 33 years for OBC

Technician (Mechanical) Trainee:

• Option 1: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Mechanical (or allied branches) Engineering/Technology plus 1 year of
• BOAT apprenticeship training.
•  Option 2: 4-year Sandwich Diploma in Mechanical (or allied branches) Engineering/Technology.
•  Age Limit: 35 years for SC/ST, 33 years for OBC.

Technician (Instrumentation) Trainee:

• Option 1: Full-time B.Sc. (Physics) with Chemistry as a subject, plus an NCVT certificate in    Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant), i.e., IM(CP) trade.
• Option 2: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation (or allied branches)            Engineering/Technology plus 1-year of BOAT apprenticeship training.
• Option 3: 4-year Sandwich Diploma in Instrumentation (or allied branches)      Engineering/Technology.
•  Age Limit: 35 years for ST.

Technician (Electrical) Trainee:

• Option 1: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical (or allied branches)  Engineering/Technology    plus 1 year of BOAT apprenticeship training.
• Option 2: 4-year Sandwich Diploma in Electrical (or allied branches)  Engineering/Technology.
•  Age Limit: 35 years for SC/ST.

Boiler Operator Grade III:

• SSC pass with a 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Boiler  Attendant/Operator.
• Age Limit: 35 years for ST.

Junior Fireman Grade II:

• SSC pass with a 6-month full-time Fireman Certificate from a recognized institute.
• Must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in ‘Industrial Fire-fighting’.
  Age Limit: 34 years for ST.

Nurse Grade II:

• HSC + 3-year course in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) OR a full-time B.Sc.  (Nursing)  degree.
• Must have valid registration with the Central/State Nursing Council.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed hospital (min. 20 beds) with    Operation Theatre experience.
• Age Limit: 36 years for SC.

RCFL Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

• The selection process is designed to identify the most capable and deserving candidates. It consists of two main stages:
  Online Test:.
  This will be a computer-based objective-type test conducted in Mumbai and Nagpur.
  The test medium will be English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  Exam Pattern: The 90-minute test will have 100 questions (200 marks total).
  80 questions from your specific discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical).
  20 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge.
  Negative Marking: There will be negative marking for incorrect answers.
• Skill Test:
• Candidates who clear the online test will be shortlisted for a Skill Test in a 1:7 ratio.
  This test is qualifying in nature and will assess your practical job knowledge, equipment handling skills, and safety awareness.
  For the Junior Fireman post, this includes a rigorous Physical Endurance Test.
  Final selection will be based on the merit list prepared from the marks obtained in the Online Test only.
