Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has announced the result for the Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025 on its official website. This recruitment drive is being conducted for a total of 2424 posts.

The written examination was held from 25th April to 27th April 2025. Earlier, the application process took place from 7th August to 2nd September 2024.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of HPSC

Go to the official website of the Haryana Public Service Commission at www.hpsc.gov.in. On the homepage, navigate to the “Results” or “Announcements” section. This is where all the latest result notifications are posted.

🔹 Step 2: Find the Assistant Professor Result Link

In the results section, look for the notification titled:

• “Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Final Result 2025”, or

• “Assistant Professor Screening Test Result 2025”

🔹 Step 3: Open and Download the Merit List PDF

Click on the relevant link to open the PDF file containing the merit list. This list includes the roll numbers (and sometimes names) of the candidates who have qualified in that stage.

Once the PDF is open:

 HPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025 : Mode Of Selection 

1. Screening Test (Objective Type)

• A written screening test is conducted to shortlist candidates for the next round.

• This test includes objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) based on the subject applied for and general awareness.

• The marks obtained in this stage are only for shortlisting purposes and not counted in the final merit list.

2. Subject Knowledge Test / Descriptive Test (If applicable)

• For some subjects, a subject-specific test may be conducted to assess in-depth knowledge.

• This stage is applicable only if the number of applicants is high.

3. Interview / Personality Test

• Candidates shortlisted from the screening test will be called for an interview.

• The interview carries significant weight in the final selection.

• The candidate’s subject knowledge, communication skills, teaching aptitude, and general awareness will be evaluated.

4. Final Merit List

• The final selection is based on the marks obtained in the interview and, where applicable, the subject knowledge test.

• The screening test is qualifying only and does not affect the final ranking.

5. Document Verification

• Selected candidates must appear for document verification with original and self-attested copies of educational certificates, caste/category certificates, experience (if any), etc.

• Failure to produce valid documents may lead to disqualification.
