  • Candidates must have completed their Graduation in any stream from a recognized university will be eligible for the CGL Examination, 2025.
Junior Statistical Officer
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at the 12th standard level, or they should have a Bachelor’s degree with Statistics as one of the subjects.

 How To Fill SSC CGL Online Form 2025 
  • Eligibility: Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before filling the form, especially regarding educational qualification, age limits, and nationality.

  • Application Fee: General candidates have to pay a fee, while women, SC/ST, PwD, and Ex-servicemen are usually exempted.

  • Photograph & Signature: Make sure your photo and signature meet the prescribed dimensions (usually passport-sized photo and signature on a white background).

SSC CGL Recruitment 2025 : Mode Of Selection 
Stage Details
Stage 1: Tier-I (Computer-Based Examination) A preliminary examination that is computer-based. It consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and is used to shortlist candidates for Tier-II.
Subjects in Tier-I – General Intelligence & Reasoning- General Awareness- Quantitative Aptitude- English Comprehension
Duration 60 minutes
Mode Online (Computer-Based Test)
Negative Marking 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
Stage 2: Tier-II (Computer-Based Examination) A descriptive exam with two main papers (Paper-I and Paper-II) for most posts. Paper III and IV are for specific posts.
Subjects in Tier-II Paper-I: Quantitative Abilities- Paper-II: English Language and Comprehension- Paper-III: Statistics (for specific posts)- Paper-IV: General Studies (Finance & Economics) (for specific posts)
Duration 2 hours for each paper
Mode Online (Computer-Based Test)
Negative Marking 0.25 marks for each wrong answer (for Paper-I, II, III, IV).
Stage 3: Tier-III (Descriptive Paper) A descriptive paper in English/Hindi which evaluates writing skills. It is for candidates who qualify Tier-II.
