 SSC MTS / Havaldar Online Form 2025 While Form Filling Document Required 

1. Photograph

• Recent passport-size color photograph
• Format: JPG/JPEG
• Size: 20 KB to 50 KB
• Image should be not older than 3 months
• Background: Preferably light or white
• Face should be clearly visible
• Must be without cap or spectacles

2. Signature

• Signature should be done on white paper with black/blue ink pen
• Format: JPG/JPEG
• Size: 10 KB to 20 KB
• Signature must match with the one used during the exam (if shortlisted)

3. Educational Certificates

• Class 10th Marksheet or Certificate as proof of educational qualification
• Should include Date of Birth and Name clearly
• You may be required to upload or enter details (e.g., roll number, board, passing year)

4. Caste / Category Certificate (if applicable)

• For SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates
• Issued by competent authority
• Format: PDF or scanned image (as per SSC norms)
